The Weston Full Bed Conversion Kit by Oxford Baby is used to transition the Weston Crib into a full size bed with a headboard and a footboard. Each side rail is finished to match your crib. The Full Bed Conversion Kit comes with 2 matching side rails and 5 slat support pieces.

The Weston Collection includes a 4-in-1 Crib, 7 Drawer Dresser, Chifferobe, Changing Topper, and Night Stand, each sold separately.

Additional support is necessary to use with the included slats in your conversion kit. You can use any of the following options: box spring (7″), low profile box spring (4″) or bunkie board (2″). The mattress cannot go directly on the slats.
